Tuition & Empowerment Scholarship Account — ULSA

Visit the Arizona Department of Education website and complete the Empowerment Scholarship Account application. You will need your student's school records and proof of Arizona residency. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.

Once approved, the Arizona Department of Education deposits ESA funds directly into your ClassWallet account. The ESA provides a minimum of $7,000.00 per student per year to use toward qualifying educational expenses.

ClassWallet is the official platform used to manage and spend your ESA funds. After ESA approval, you will receive an email invitation to create your ClassWallet account. Log in at classwallet.com to activate your account and review your available balance.

Once your ClassWallet account is active, you can submit a payment request directly to ULSA. Navigate to the "Pay a Provider" section, search for Universal Learning & Sports Academy, and submit your payment. ULSA is a registered ESA provider.

After your ESA funds are applied, the remaining parent responsibility is $300.00 per month for 10 months (August through May). This can be paid by check, card, or bank transfer directly to ULSA.
